Energy Code & Manual J Requirement: Colorado IECC 2021. ACCA Manual J required for residential HVAC permits in Arapahoe and Adams Counties and all Aurora jurisdictions. Colorado's IECC 2021 adoption is one of the more stringent energy codes in the Mountain West.
