Climate Zone: IECC Climate Zone 2A/3A boundary (hot-humid). Savannah's coastal location produces extreme heat and humidity in summer (95°F/79°F cooling design) with mild winters (29°F heating design). Latent load management is critical.

Energy Code & Manual J Requirement: Georgia State Minimum Standard Energy Code (IECC 2015). ACCA Manual J required for all Chatham County and coastal Georgia HVAC permit applications.
