Climate Zone: IECC Climate Zone 3A (mixed-humid). Tulsa's northeast Oklahoma location produces hot, humid summers (99°F/75°F cooling design) and cold winters (12°F heating design). Slightly higher humidity than OKC due to proximity to the Ozarks.

Energy Code & Manual J Requirement: Oklahoma Residential Energy Code (IECC 2018). ACCA Manual J required for Tulsa County and all Tulsa metro HVAC permit applications.
